allows couples who take the Florida
Premarital Course Counseling and are Florida Residents to
be married the same day as completed,
therefore avoiding the 3 day waiting period.
The fee for
the marriage license is $93.50.
The fee is
reduce to $61.00 for Florida residents who
have completed the Florida Premarital Course
Class and Counseling.
